Release of Liability

I,__________________________________________________understand CBO Contractor’s Back Office LLC is a private third party permit facilitator only and is not an agent, employee or affiliate of any city, county, state or federal governmental agency. I understand that I am responsible for paying all costs to all governmental agencies that are required to facilitate and process permits. I also understand that fees charged by CBO are separate and in addition to fees for any other agencies or firms. I understand that the fees paid to CBO are non-refundable whether your permit is issued or not, and payment is made before permit is applied for. I understand CBO does not guarantee the issuance of any permit applied for on my behalf and is not liable for the denial or approval of permit. I understand that CBO is not responsible for providing legal advice or interpretation of codes and statutes. I understand that I am responsible for providing CBO with all necessary information required for the services rendered and that CBO is not responsible for any omitted or incorrect information given by said signer of the form. I release CBO from all liability related to the design and construction of any development or property for which I procure its services, including any and all related material.
