I have been in the construction industry for over 15 years and have dealt with all trades, including Hurricane home remodeling and insurance mitigation. I have done permitting in Lee County and Collier, which includes Marco Island, Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, the City of Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Lehigh Acres, Charlotte County, Port Charlotte, and Northport. Permits need to be applied for promptly as counties are overwhelmed, and permit needs to be immediately placed in the system for review. I also supply follow to calls to the counties to move the process along. Permits involve several steps and sometimes require a bit of leg work, such as follow-up with building codes. I have applied for all building permit types from New home build, Roofing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and commercial additions. My service allows the contractor to stay in the field and focus on the work, employees, and job so that the contractor can complete the work, be issued the CO, and have a happy customer that will relay future referrals.
